The Seven Deadly Schmucks is an abridged series of the Nanatsu no Taizai anime, created and written by BuddyVA, Grimmjack69, and eagle8burger. The series stars spritestuff as Meliodas, eagle8burger as Elizabeth and Gilthunder, BuddyVA as Hawk, Grimmjack69 as Ban, and TechnoVA as Diane. Each creator has edited one episode of the series. The first episode was released on January 2, 2015.

Changes from the original

• Meliodas has an Irish accent and hates the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins, but puts up with them to have help running his bar.
• Elizabeth has a terrible, shrieky voice and is quite clueless. Meliodas constantly yells at her to shut up.
• Diane is highly deluded in her infautiation with Medliodas.
• Ban sings almost all the time (callback to the music notes in his speeches bubbles from the manga), making everyone hate him. He also ate all the Twinkies on the world.
• King is more or less the same. However, he has little patience for stupid questions and has trouble remembering Helbrem.
• Gother is very direct and even blunter, but is uncaring of social norms; unlike his original counterpart, who was clueless about interaction.
• Merlin is condescending to everyone except Meliodas, who appreciates her for not speaking more than needed.
• Gilthunder is a parody of Zapp Brannigan from Futurma, due to his voice and idiotic thinking.
• Veronica has a voice like Lumpy Space Princess from Adventure Time.
• Guila is French, implying it's her first language.
• Jericho has a Scottish accent.
• Dreyfus focuses on the political aspect of being a holy knight and finds ways to make himself and the knights look better.
• King Arthur is a lisping nerd.
• Henderson becomes incredibly stupid from his Grey Demon blood injection; saying random nonsense as he fights. Meliodas even shouts "Stop talking! For the love of f**k!" while putting him in a headlock
• Elizabeth's voice become beautiful when her Goddess lineage surfaces, but she has no memory of it happening. You can hear that horrible shrieking layered underneath.
• The conch shell promises to bring back Elaine of Ban kills Meliodas, but because Meliodas used it as a chamber pot for years; its very angry.
• Meliodas owes Ban one for saving Liz; he cashed it in by asking to leave the team without complaint.
• Meliodas has been Stockholmed into caring for Elizabeth.
