Joke Explanations[]
- The Narrator saying multiple dates is a reference to the fact that different genres of Sgt. Frog take place at different times
- The Sgt. Frog Manga begins in 1999
- The Japanese dub of Keroro Gunso begins in 2004
- The English dub of Sgt. Frog begins in 2009
- Fuyuki describing his pleasant dream is a bit of irony considering that the original version had him waking up from a nightmare.
- Keroro's opinion on Harry Potter basically reflects that of TheSmashBro's.
- Fuyuki questioning why Keroro calls humans "Pekoponians" references the fact that they never ask the Keronians why they do so in the original series.
- "HINATAS ROLL OUT" is a reference to the Transformers and a commonly said quote "AUTOBOTS ROLL OUT!"
- Sean Connery was originally planned to be a reoccuring character in SF:TOAS. He was to be Fuyuki's "comedic guardian angel" informing him when he makes a stupid or bad joke. This idea was officially dropped in Episode 3's production.
- Natsumi saying that weird hair color in Japan is sexy is referring to the fact that many anime characters have very oddly colored hair.
- Aki comparing her "milking" Keroro for everything he's worth to Square Enix is due to the fact that they constantly release new games in the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts franchise. Going as far as releasing 4 games of the same franchise in a 12 month period.
- Keroro referring to his general as General Tavish is a reference to the character the Demoman from Team Fortress 2 whose real name is Tavish DeGroot.
- The Demoman was also the one to say "KA-BOOM" when the Kero Ball exploded.
- Fuyuki seems to show somewhat of a romantic attraction to his sister, Natsumi.
- He says that he loves his school because Natsumi seems to be loved on by other girls on a daily basis.
- He was hoping that the button he pressed on the Kero Ball was the record button as Natsumi was about to be raped by the space leech.
- Fuyuki apparently likes to set up rope traps for Natsumi.
- Fuyuki was hoping for something else in return for saving Natsumi.
