History[]
RedBeast, joined February 22, 2008 and is known mostly for his video editing work on Digimon Abridged, Digimon Tamers Abridged, and his extensive VFX work. RedBeast started abridging with this twin brother StormSage. Most of his work can be seen editing for The Schmuck Squad, DigiDestiny!, & Something Witty Entertainment.
Video Editing & VFX[]
RedBeast has mostly been involved in the editing of each project he's been involved in. Starting with the basic iMovie with Rurouni Kenshin Abridged, moving onto Final Cut Pro 6 for Ranma 1/2 Abridged, upgrading to Final Cut Pro 7 for Durarara, and is now on the Adobe Creative Suite for his current projects.
He's been using Adobe from episode 6 of Durarara!! Abridged onward.
RedBeast has gone on record saying how he is a professional freelance video editor and has done work for broadcast companies and VFX for indie films. He credits his work on abridged parodies for his skill level saying that he always has a project to keep him in practice.
RedBeast has mentioned that he tends to edit multiple projects at the same time including behind the scenes, commentaries, bloopers, and abridged episodes.
Since joining The Schmuck Squad he's started learning more elaborate VFX & CGI.
