Phantasm Abridged! (also known as Touhou Abridged) was an abridged series based on the the Touhou Project fan anime "The Memories of Phantasm". Due to the episodes not aging well overtime due to poor writing and editing, a complete revamp was planned by the creator but eventually dropped due to personal life issues getting in the way. However, when he has time, he intends to abridge another Touhou fan anime, "The Sealed Esoteric History".

The Characters[]
- Reimu Hakurei is the main protagonist of the series. She's shown to be lazy, inconsiderate, selfish, sarcastic, and pretty much an asshole to anybody she doesn't like. However, she's the only one competent enough to solve incidents, as much as she hates that job.
- Marisa Kirisame is a master thief, and Reimu's best friend. While she may come off as arrogant, cocky, and somewhat foolish, Marisa has a good heart, as she is willing to help those in need. However, she tends to follow the "riches before bitches" rule most of the time.
- Sakuya Izayoi is the head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Often comparing herself to Dio Brando, she has the ability to stop time and throw a ridiculous amount of knives. She also likes to fantasize about her mistress, as she is in madly in love with her....but nobody knows that.
- Remilia Scarlet is the mistress of the Scarlet Mansion. She's known for being very bratty, selfish, and is always trying to seek attention. In the 2nd episode, it was revealed that Remilia created a high inducing mist in order to gain a lot of popularity, as people would soon become addicted to the mist. Reimu, however, soon put a stop to that plan. Remilia hates being called a loli, as she is sometimes referred to as the "loli vampire".
- Flandre Scarlet is Remilia's younger sister. Due to her destructive power, Flandre was locked away in a basement for 495 years, neglected and alone. Because of this, Flandre has become a little.....warped in the head. She was also shown to be a little perverted.
- Patchouli Knowledge is the librarian of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She absolutely hates it when Marisa steals her precious books. While Patchouli's tone of voice and (mostly) expressionless face screams "I don't give a fuck", she really does.
- Koakuma is Patchouli's assistant. This succubus absolutely adores Patchouli, and is willing to do anything (and I mean ANYTHING) for her. Other than that, she's a nutcase.
- Yuyuko Saigyouji is a ghost from the Netherworld. The only main role she had was in the 1st episode, in which she tried to steal spring in order to grow her tree. Other than that, she's pretty much cameo material now.
- Youmu Konpaku is Yuyuko's assistant. Her only main role was in the 1st episode, in which she had to stop Marisa from getting to Yuyuko. Other than that, she's pretty much useless.
- Yukari Yakumo is the Youkai of Boundaries. All she does is eat, sleep, and troll. She LOVES to troll people with her gapping powers, as it can be used in a variety of ways. Her favorite hobby is annoying the ever living hell out of Reimu.
- Sanae Kochiya is the shrine maiden of the Moriya Shrine. She's known being called "Luigi" due to her being inferior to "Mario". (Reimu) She's also very clumsy, attention seeking, and quite airheaded. She isn't very well liked either...
- Aya Shameimaru is Gensokyo's resident reporter. Her articles are pretty much fake, as she LOVES to exaggerate certain points of a situation, turning into an almost entirely different one. Eh, at least the hentai she writes is good.
- Cirno is an ice fairy with a big ego. She likes to claim that she's "the strongest" even though in reality, she's a very weak character. She also doesn't know when to shut the fuck up. She's also called a "baka" quite a lot.
- Daiyousei is Cirno's best friend. She's very quiet, and doesn't get a lot of screen time, unfortunately. At least she's smarter than that ice fairy, so that's a plus.
