History[]
Nullmetal Alchemist is an abridgement of the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist anime, jokingly described in the first episode as "a parody of PurpleEyesWTF's abridging style". It is the first abridged series made by Faulerro, aside from a few one-shots. The pilot episode was originally uploaded with the title "Making Things Right", and begins with an apology for making Naruto the Abridged Movie (NTAM) Parts 2,3 & 4 as a mockery of Vegeta3986 and MasakoX's infamous Naruto The Abridged Movie, which was never completed after the release of part 1.
Around the same time as the release of episode 12, Faulerro also began a second abridged series, Dangan Ronpa Abridged Thing, which has taken much of his time since then. He has stated in a January 2014 update video that he has not stopped working on Nullmetal Alchemist, and has plans to abridge up to the end of first season of the Fullmetal Alchemist anime.
Faulerro has since claimed that he will not continue Nullmetal Alchemist or any of his abridged series because they caused him a lot of stress. Shortly after this announcement, his channel was removed from Youtube due to copyright claims.
