My Little Pony: Friendship Is For Adults is an ongoing Abridged Series based on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, in which the characters are reimagined as Adult Show type characters that curse like sailors. It stars Twilight Sparkle as she lives in Ponyville as punishment for disobeying Princess Celestia and trying to resurrect Nightmare Moon.

It was developed by The Kanterlot (EyesofEstranged15, Kitaronicus, BeansandJam, Kami Jams, and Cris Galvez). The show was first announced over a year before they finally released the first episode and casting changes happened shortly after. It Will Be Popular if It Was on Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+. And they should Make Some Episodes for Free too!

The series itself is perhaps the most serious and dramatic of the My Little Pony Abridged Series, putting characters in more realistic situations and giving them realistic relationships. Fans of the series often say that the characters feel like real people. The series also gets darker as it goes along, and deals with more mature themes.

In addition to current seven episodes, there are also five audio-only specials, including a Christmas special, two Halloween specials, a Valentine's Day special and an Origin Story. These provide a ton of character and backstories to the characters and world.

Crossover / Royal Correspondence[]

Friendship is for Adults collaborated with another My Little Pony Abridged Series called "Scootertrix the Abridged'', by ''Scootertrix Studios''. The collaboration brought about 2 crossover episodes between the characters of their series, one episode on each channel (Taking place in each "universe"). This marked the first crossover between two different abridged series for My Little Pony.

The crossover also spawned a spin off series called Royal Correspondence, which is a continuation of the crossover in which the Luna from each dimension began a correspondence with each other, hence the title. On every day of release, one episode from the perspective of Scootertrix's Luna, will be released on the Scootertrix Studios channel, while the other, from the perspective of TheKanterlot's Luna will be released on that channel instead.
