Journeyman Abridged is an Australian-based abridged series group that began producing content under this banner in 2019, with releases beginning in January 2020.
Since then, Journeyman Abridged (JMA) have expanded from only producing one series, to producing multiple, and have collaborated with other groups to produce additional content.

- cosmovsgoku reunited with impolitebi and ShadowGalactica to work on FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood the Abridged Series (TheFMABridged by The Brotherhood).
- Of previous cast members from TheFMABridged; cosmovsgoku, impolitebi, Bane, Omega, MPC, RisingAvenged, DemiStarCosplay, Christopher Dowling, ShadowGalactica, and John McCullough all reunited for Journeyman Abridged.
- TwstdFlaems and TwoPointBeau knew one-another from previous work as part of AnimeBall Z, before reuniting as part of the Journeyman Abridged cast.

- On the 14th of July 2021, Journeyman Abridged released a video publicly thanking LittleKuriboh for creating Yu-Gi-Oh! the Abridged Series for the series' fifteenth anniversary. This video featured two returning cast members from TheFMABridged for a one-off appearance in-character, freshmaker__ and ChanielDan, to share their thanks.
- In 2022, Christopher Dowling parted ways with Journeyman Abridged.
- On the 27th of May 2024, it was announced that GearsoftheDead (of BloodYokaiStudios) and LegendByDesign (of SlapHappyChaps) would be joining the cast of Naruto Shippuden: Full Arc Abridged.
- On the 16th of July 2024, Journeyman Abridged celebrated 700 subscribers by announcing the release dates for all Naruto Shippuden: Full Arc Abridged episodes releasing in 2025.
