Short Bio[edit | edit source]

Born in Washington State, Jack Getschman has lived and traveled around the world. Though having made films all his life, he became interested in abridging after having watched Friendship is Witchcraft and The Mentally Advanced Series in 2014.

Jack began working on Scootertrix the Abridged in late 2014 with episode 1 airing November 1, 2014. The series was completed on August 12, 2019.

Jack graduated with a Bachelors degree in Film from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.

  • Jack has been to 22 countries.
  • He has won a few film competitions, including the world wide completion Month of the Military Child in 2008.
  • He loves playing board games, and is even creating his own.
  • Jack is a pretty good juggler. He can juggle balls, pins, and rings; and even juggle one of each on a RipStik.
  • Is a fan of the series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
